Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Food Science or related fields (Meat Science, Biology, Microbiology, Food Microbiology, etc.)

At least 2 years work experience as encoder or quality assurance in dietary supplements, food/beverage, food manufacturing, or any related field

Well-versed in Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, and Good Warehousing Practices

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Word and has a brief background in SAP Management System

Ability to work under pressure (in an extremely fast-paced environment), meets deadlines (overtime work required), and makes effective decisions

Has a good attention to detail and is a team player

Has effective problem-solving skills
